- Changes to Orders: Any changes to Sales Orders must be confirmed in writing within 3 days of the Sales Order date.
- Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all furniture dimensions are suitable for the intended space prior to ordering. Penwood Furniture provides guidance, but final responsibility lies with the customer. Full payment is required even if the furniture does not fit inside the house or room.
Lead Times
- Estimated Lead Times: Anticipated lead times are provided as estimates and are subject to change due to the custom nature of our products and availability of materials.
- Factors Affecting Lead Times: Factors such as material availability and quality checks may impact lead times. Delays in delivery do not constitute grounds for order cancellation or refund.
- Communication of Delays: Penwood Furniture will make reasonable efforts to inform customers of significant delays in production or delivery.

- Local Delivery Payment: For local deliveries (within 200 km of our showroom), the delivery cost can be included within the purchase.

- Custom Order Policy: Due to the bespoke nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled after 3 days of the sales order date.
- Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds and exchanges are generally not offered due to the custom-made nature of our furniture. Repairs or returns for re-work require customer approval before re-delivery.
Pick Up & Delivery Terms and Conditions
